Luxus has invested in the development of one of the most advanced plastic recycling plants in Europe.
 
The Erema processing unit in its standard configuration transforms film scrap and light packaging into compound. Our Erema unit however has been specifically designed to our specification to allow for the inclusion of colours, fillers and additives.
 
It also enables us to convert film and other thin wall section post consumer products directly into a finished polymer compound to a uniform colour and specification.
 
Furthermore, a large shredding and granulation machine provides the capability to process large mouldings up to 2m x 2m and lumps up to 75 kilos in weight. Guillotines are employed to pre-process extra large waste for onward processing and we have the versatility to recycle a diverse range of plastic waste.
