Sales Account Manager

We are looking for a persuasive B2B Sales Account Management professional to join our expanding commercial department as a Sales Account Manager. We are also looking for someone to provide first-class account management to a range of blue-chip companies both Nationally and within Europe that specifically supply their products and services within the plastics recycling industry.

Responsibilities as a Sales Account Manager
• Building and sustaining long-term relationships
• Conducting research on customers products and services to determine how our products can better align with their market strategy.
• To be ‘the’ point of contact for existing customers for customer queries and complaints
• Setting up online meetings / site visits with existing clients
• Exceeding revenue targets
• Nurturing, developing and management of a portfolio of existing clients, to ensure year-onyear repeat business values are increased.
• Develop an interest and understanding of the plastics recycling industry to display when communicating with clients a thorough understanding of their marketing needs.
• Accurate upkeep of all ongoing sales activities via our bespoke CRM system
• To be an active team player that contributes to inputting ideas to maximise sales.
• Provide clear reporting on revenue, figures, activity, and sales forecasts weekly.
• Travel to exhibitions and conferences for networking and client meetings

The Successful Sales Account Manager:
• MUST have a proven track record of selling B2B
• Should be based with proximity to travel daily to Louth office.
• To have the willingness to liaise with customers daily where (necessary)
• To have the ability in finding ways to obtain contact with decision makers.
• Have a hunger to exceed targets.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and consultative sales skills
• Have a professional work ethic.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, be a confident communicator and a relationship builder.
• Proficient IT skills
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills
• Have own vehicle.
• Be a team player accompanied with a winning mentality.
